2026–2027 — Establish the founding chapter and core membership structure in Metro Manila.
2027–2028 — Expand to three major regional centers: Cebu, Davao, and Pampanga.
2028–2030 — Launch DXE Alumni Network and formal scholarship program.

Organizational Objectives

Establish and Formalize the Founding Chapter
Complete the legal registration, governance structure, and foundational documentation of Delta Xi Epsilon Philippines Inc. by the end of 2026, including the ratification of the Constitution and By-Laws by the founding membership.
Recruit and Form the Founding Membership Batch
Identify, screen, and induct a cohort of founding members who exemplify the organization's core values — ensuring quality, diversity of profession, and genuine commitment to the DXE mission from the very first batch.
Launch the Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Design and implement a structured, multi-module leadership curriculum covering governance, public service, communication, and strategic thinking — available to all active members beginning in the first year of operations.
Establish an Academic Mentorship & Scholarship Fund
Create a formal mentorship matching program pairing student members with licensed professional alumni, and lay the groundwork for a merit-based scholarship fund targeting deserving students by 2027.
Execute Quarterly Community Outreach Programs
Organize and complete a minimum of four community service activities per year — spanning environmental, educational, health, and livelihood initiatives — in partnership with local government units and civil society organizations.
Expand to Three Regional Chapters by 2028
Identify, recruit, and formally establish DXE chapters in Cebu, Davao, and Pampanga within two years of the founding chapter's establishment, each meeting the organization's standards for governance, membership quality, and program delivery.
